i am, as per usual for most f this year, been at my parents home
and they have this peach tree that is overwhelming
so, i am going to make up a wheat free peach crisp, with the ingredients i can find already here
cause, i am bound to the home
so, i will be using regular old sugar & brown sugar, probably some apple juice, lemon juice, cinnamon and oats-
i don't have any actual flour to work with, but i found this recipe to alter that only calls for a tablespoon of flour- so i was thinking of mashing up some whole oats- or, now this is *a little weird*- one recipe i was looking at called for some rice flour- so i was thinking about mashing up some rice cakes - but i think the oats make more sense...

i'll let you know how it goes....
mmm, maybe there are some apples down in the kitchen ...
