Re: help! how to cope when accidentally eat wheat
Wed, February 6, 2008 - 8:07 AMm, i take charcoal capsules, but only when it's still in my stomach.
cramping and bloating and headache needs water
headache and cramping needs vitamin b's (but what kind of headache? like sinus or is the pain located somewhere else? if it's sinus i netti pot too)
bloating gets increased for a bit b/c of the water intake, then should go down on it's own with rest.
but it all depends on how much you eat and how sensitive you are too it. -
