Re: bob's red mill
Wed, April 16, 2008 - 1:20 PMwhere do you find pamela's?
i've been a bob's fan for awhile now. also a huge fan of the wheat free brownie mix made my arrowhead (i think) - in a blue box and often found near the bob's stuff.
and you can make 'em vegan and they are the BOMB when you need a baked goodie chocolate fix. -

Wed, April 23, 2008 - 11:41 AMI love Pamela's cookies yummie. I have actually even seen her cookies in mainstream grocery stores under the nutritional food section.
Another yummie gluten free cookie is the Nana's brand, i think you can only find them at the health food store. They come in an orange wrapper. My faves are the ginger and the lemon, yummie yummie!!
If i find the link I will post it here. -

Re: bob's red mill
Tue, April 29, 2008 - 2:01 PMhmmm... I haven't like Bob's mixes. I use their GF All-Purpose Flour all the time, but the baked goods mixes always have a really funky after-taste. I think there's way too much Xanathum gum (it's got that same taste...) And, for some weird reason, Bob's GF bread mix makes me sick (splitting head ache).
